At Petrack Park, a woman was arrested for lewdness charges after allegedly grabbing a juvenile’s private parts while playing basketball. According to the victim’s report, on April 26th, the woman also used a racial slur against him. The police responded to the incident, and multiple witnesses stated that the woman intentionally grabbed the juvenile’s private parts. The accused was found guilty of violating Nevada Revised Statute 201.230, and she was taken to the Nye County Detention Center for one count of alleged lewdness with a child. The bail amount was set at $50,000.
